UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days once dispatched.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on your location and local customs processes.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns

Our Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition
• With all tags still attached

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@palianda.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after receipt.
