We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Palianda. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided items are:

Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition with all tags attached
Free from perfume, marks, or damage

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at hello@palianda.com with:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for your return

We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@palianda.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs.
